I’m interested in doing some high intensity workout on a heavy bag, do you think it can help with building some muscle mass as well?
I doubt you will be able to build up significant muscle mass, but you will get stronger and well toned on your entire body with upper part benefiting most. Shoulders, back and arms should get better definition. I would suggest using 16 Oz gloves for heavy bags. They will give you a better workout and protect your hands better than regular mitt gloves.
